    A goal within the first five minutes  of the second half ensured Bandari saw off home team Nairobi City Stars 1-0 in a matchday 11 FKF premier league tie played in Machakos on Saturday, November 30, 2024. 

    Bandari skipper Michael Apudo scored the lone goal off a rebound.

    City Stars came to the game on the back of a 1-0 win over Mathare United in midweek. Simba wa Nairobi next takes on Kenya Police in Wednesday, December 4, 2024, starting at 1 pm during a rescheduled matchday 1 tie.

    With the loss, City Stars reeled down spot ten to 12 stagnated on 11 points from as many games.

    Kenya U20 International Rodgers Wasega is back in the City Stars squad to take on Bandari on Saturday, November 30, 2024, in Machakos during a matchday eleven tie starting at 4 pm.

    Wasega missed out on recent squad selections but is now back to replace Mohammed Bajaber who drops out of the squad for the first time this season due to personal reasons.

    Other than Wasega, there’s only one other change as Robinson Asenwa swaps places with flyer Gilbert Abala in the 18-man squad.

    The two had traded places in the last game against Mathare United.

    A Kelvin Etemesi goal early in the second separated home team Mathare United and Nairobi City Stars when the two faced off in Dandora on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, during a tenth round FKF Premier league match.

    Mohammed Bajaber was credited with the assist to Etemesi who had gone over a year without a goal.

    With the win, City Stars moved to the 11 point mark to temporarily move to eighth spot after the early kickoff

    Byron takes up the place of Elvis Ochoro as Abala comes in for forward Robinson Asenwa who both featured in the last game against Tusker FC in Machakos.
