Sanjin Alagić (born 26 September 1977) is a Bosnian football manager who is the current manager of Kenya’s National Super League side Nairobi City Stars, a club he joined from July 2019.

His new adventure comes soon after coaching Slovakian Second League club FC ŠTK 1914 Šamorín.

He previously managed FK Sarajevo (academy and youth teams), Al-Ahli Club, Qadsia SC (youth team) and Al-Salmiya.
