Nairobi City Stars returns to training on Saturday 4 January 2020 starting 1pm at Camp Toyoyo, Jericho ahead of second leg assignments in the second tier National Super (NSL).

The training brings an end to a two week recess that kicked off after the team closed shop for the festive season on Friday 20 December 2019 with a friendly against Premiership side Wazito at Toyoyo.

The first session of the year will be spearheaded by head coach Sanjin Alagic who touched down in the wee of Saturday from Bosnia where he had been for the holidays.

In spite of the lengthy break, players have been undergoing individual training for the last seven days after being left with a personal programme.

The teams’ first assignment of the year will be away to Shabana at the Gusii Stadium on Saturday 11 January 2020 at 3pm EAT.
